Terms of Service

Effective August 10, 2026

These Terms are a contract between you and Pure Maroc LLC ("Pure Maroc," "we," "us"), a California limited liability company located at 9350 Wilshire Blvd, Beverly Hills, CA 90212. By placing an order you agree to these Terms and to our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Product & Safety Disclaimer and Privacy Policy, each incorporated here by reference. Please read them before you buy — you'll be asked to confirm you have read them at checkout.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a shipping confirmation. Until then we may decline or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud, reseller activity, stock shortages, or pricing or description errors — and we will refund you in full. Prices, promotions and availability may change at any time.

Pricing and typographical errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with an incorrect description, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after order confirmation.

How our charges appear on your statement

Charges appear as PUREMAROC 424-402-0090. If you don't recognize a charge, please call or email us before contacting your bank — we can identify the order right away.

Handcrafted and natural variation

Our goods are made in small batches from natural materials. Minor differences in color, texture, scent, weave, shape and packaging are inherent to how they're made and are not defects. We photograph and describe our products as accurately as we can, and our product pages show representative examples of this variation. If what you receive is materially different from what was described, that's covered by our Return & Refund Policy.

Limited Warranty

Pure Maroc LLC warrants to the original purchaser that the Chebka will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of delivery.

To make a claim, email info@puremarocshop.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. Our sole obligation, and your exclusive remedy under this Limited Warranty, is replacement of the item or refund of the purchase price, at our option. We pay return shipping on approved warranty claims.

This Limited Warranty does not cover: normal wear, thinning, fraying, stretching or loss of texture from ordinary use; discoloration or staining from cleansers, oils, self-tanner or hard water; damage caused by bleach, machine washing or drying, boiling water or wringing; use on pets or on hard surfaces; mildew or odor resulting from the item not being dried fully between uses; or items not purchased directly from puremarocshop.com.

Implied warranties.

Any implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to one (1) year from delivery. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your order will not exceed the amount you paid for the products at issue, and we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that may not be limited under applicable law.

If something's wrong — please contact us first

If there's a problem with your order, or you don't recognize a charge, email info@puremarocshop.com or call 424-402-0090. We reply within one business day, and most issues are resolved the same week. We ask that you give us the chance to put it right before contacting your bank, because we can almost always do it faster than a dispute process can.

If a payment dispute is filed, we may provide your card issuer with your order record, the terms you accepted at checkout, shipping and delivery confirmation, and our correspondence with you.

Reviews and customer content

If you submit a review, photo or video, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use it in our marketing, and you confirm it's yours to license. We may remove content at our discretion.

Intellectual property

The site, our brand name, logo, text, photography and product designs are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except that this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection law of the state where you reside.

Your state's law

Consumer protection, warranty and refund rights vary by state. Nothing in these Terms or our other policies waives or limits any right you have under your state's law that may not be waived. Where our policy conflicts with a mandatory rule in your state, that rule controls. If any provision is unenforceable in your state, it is severed as to you and the rest of these Terms continue to apply.

General

We're not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. You may not assign these Terms; we may. These Terms are the entire agreement between us. We may update them, and the Effective Date above shows the current version; changes apply to orders placed after they're posted.
