Changed your mind — store credit
If you change your mind, you may return an unopened, unused item in its original sealed packaging for store credit. Email us within 30 days of delivery to request authorization, then send the item back so it reaches us within 21 days of authorization. Store credit is issued as an electronic Pure Maroc gift card for the price you paid, excluding original shipping. It does not expire and carries no fees.
For change-of-mind returns you pay return shipping and are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us. We recommend a tracked, insured service. We process authorized returns within 10 business days of receiving them.
When we refund your original payment method
We'll refund your original payment method, or replace the item — your choice — if:
Your order never arrives, or tracking doesn't show delivery;
Your order arrives damaged or defective;
We sent the wrong item or the wrong quantity;
The item is materially different from what our product page described;
You cancel before your order ships;
We can't ship within the timeframe in our Shipping Policy and you'd rather have your money back than wait.
Email info@puremarocshop.com within 14 days of delivery — or of the expected delivery date, for a parcel that never arrived — with your order number and photos where relevant. We reply within one business day. Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days and may take one further billing cycle to appear on your statement. We pay return shipping on these claims, and in most cases we won't ask you to send anything back at all
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different style, return your unopened item for store credit and place a new order — we'll help you line the two up.
Store credit and your state's law
Store credit is issued as an electronic gift card. It doesn't expire. If you live in a state that requires cash redemption of small gift-card balances, you may request your remaining balance in cash or back to your original payment method once it falls below your state's threshold — just email us. Otherwise store credit isn't redeemable for cash.
How to start a return
Email info@puremarocshop.com with your order number and reason. We'll send you a return authorization number and the return address. Please don't ship anything back without authorization — we can't process unidentified returns.
Returns that don't qualify
If a returned item reaches us opened, used, or outside the windows above, we'll email you within 5 business days to let you know. You can have it sent back to you at your cost within 14 days of that notice. Unclaimed items may be discarded after 14 days.
Your state's law
Refund and warranty rights vary by state, and nothing here waives any right you have under your state's law that can't be waived. This policy doesn't limit your rights under our Limited Warranty.
